Terms of Service & Returns/ Refund Policy

All bookings are for the entire course of Handwork Circles e,g, 5 weeks of classes.
All attendees must have a paid reservation in order to attend a class, workshop or session.
If you are unable to attend one lesson in a Handwork circle block, at least 2 hours of notice needs to be given before circle time starts.
A credit will only be issued if notice was received and will be for one ‘make-up class’ . This ‘make-up class’ is to be used within the lesson block, unless the missed lesson is the last week of the block, and in this case, the make up lesson will be offered during the first two weeks of the next available lesson block of Handwork Circles.
Full refunds for booked lesson blocks will be issued with a minimum of two weeks notice before the start date of the lesson block. If less than two weeks notice is given at the time of the refund request, a seventy (70) percent refund will be issued.
Places in Handwork Circles, Mindful Making sessions or Yoga and Meditative art sessions are non transferable to another person.

Where a Handwork Circle lesson block has been purchased, it is with the understanding that all parents/ carers must remain either onsite where tea and handwork projects will be offered in a comfortable, non distracting space or within very close proximity if needed in the case of emergency.
Children will remain onsite and under the duty of care of the facilitator, Maria Whiteacre, until parents/carers have collected all children in physical person.
children will not be permitted to run to the car from the premises.
Children must be collected no later than ten minutes after the finished session time.
